How To Delete A Printer Driver In Windows 10 Install Update
I'm having trouble removing unwanted printers from Windows 10 Devices and Printers. When I right click on the printer icon, "Remove Device" has a shield next to it. When I click on "Remove Device", I receive a pop-up message that reads "This Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator". I have full Admin privileges on this device so I do not understand why this is restricted. Uninstall the programs associated with printer. Expand the categories and look for your printer. Right click on it and select uninstall Make sure to keep a check on te box which says, delete drivers.
